In the Standard, Pro, and Enterprise plans,, the minimum permanence stipulated in the contract conditions applies. If you chose to pay monthly, you will be able to terminate the plan whenever you want as long as the account is up-to-date; if you chose the annual payment with a discount, you will be able to terminate it after 12 months since you hired it. In the Free Plan, there is no obligation and you can terminate it whenever you want unless you owe payment for any additional mailings.
With any of the paid plans, you can add all the extra conversations you need through all the channels. Anyway, if you exceed the number of mailings included in a plan, it is very likely that you will need a different degree of customized support.
