  Of course not! emBlue is an omnichannel platform that offers the integration and automation of multiple channels: email marketing, SMS, Push Notifications, Pop-Ups, WhatsApp pop-ups, and Net Promoter Score. In addition, all our teams are ready to support you with all you need: from the planning of your strategy to the management and design of your campaigns.

• How do I set the account and the platform according to what I need?

  That's what the Customer Success (Standard plan) and the account executive (Pro and Enterprise) are for! They accompany you throughout the onboarding process and the setting up of your account so it fits the needs of your business.

• I chose a Free plan, am I am going to receive support in the opening and setting of my account?

  Of course! Our support team is ready to help you through email, telephone, or chat. And, in addition, we offer you free training every week so that you can clarify any doubts about the use of the platform.

• How can I know which is the ideal plan according to my needs?

  Our plans offer different degrees of customized support that go from the planning of your strategy to the design and mailing of your campaigns or the measurement of their results.

• What if I need a feature that is not included in my plan?

• Is it possible to register an account with credit card? Is the automatic debit made by credit card or unique banking key (CBU)?

  Currently, you can register a plan with a credit card through Mercado Pago in Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru. You can also register a plan through a unique banking key (CBU) from bank account to bank account, for which we will need the following information:

  • Number of unique banking key (CBU).
  • Business name of the bank account holder.
  • Tax Identification Number (CUIT) of the bank account holder.
  • Name of the holder of the account to debit.

• What happens if I exceed the number of mailings of the plan I purchased?

  We know some months are more active than others, so it's possible to exceed the limit of mailings without taking any special action and without fearing the risk of automatic upgrades. The cost of the extra mailings and impressions will be reflected in the next invoice. The cost for every thousand extra mailings (CPM) through email and push notifications varies depending on the plan:

  • Free Plan - $ 5.
  • Standard Plan - $ 3.60.
  • Professional Plan - $ 1.80.
  • Enterprise Plan - $ 0.72.

• What can I do if I need to add additional impressions (in addition to the 10,000 included in each plan) for my Pop-Up Banners from OnSite?

  It's very simple: the extra impressions for your Pop-Ups Banners have an additional cost of $ 0.5 CPM (Cost per thousand impressions). If you exceed the 10,000 impressions included in your plan, the extra cost will be directly reflected in your next invoice.

• Can I add dynamic attachments to my emails?

  Yes, you can do so with the Enterprise plan and it has an additional cost of $ 5 (CPM) that will be automatically reflected in the next invoice.

• I want an upgrade from the Free Plan to a paid plan, how I can do it?

  It is super simple: you just have to contact our Customer Success team. Not only will they do it the fastest way for you, but they will also help you set your account better so you can get the most out of it.

• I have a paid plan and I want an upgrade to the next one, what should I do?

  All you need to do is to talk to the Customer Success team (if you have a Standard plan) or to your account executive (if you have a Pro Plan). They will help you find your ideal plan and advise you to get the most out of it. You can see the list of contacts by country here.

• When I activate my plan, will someone be available to help me day by day with my strategy?

  That is exactly what your account executive will do in the Pro and Enterprise plans. Their goal is to support you in everything you need regarding the use of the platform, advise you on the setting of objectives and propose innovations so that your omnichannel strategy is always at the forefront.

• What do the different training options consist of and how do they change according to the plan?

  • The Free Plan includes group training every week, available to all your team. These include the induction and general guidance on the use of the platform and are ideal to learn how to self-manage your mailings.
  • In the Standard Plan, you also have a Customer Success team that offers you support in every step of the onboarding process and helps you set the entire platform as you need.
  • The Pro Plan also has specific Training and onboarding so that you can obtain the greatest acceleration in your digital strategy. In addition, your assigned account executive will help you whenever you need it and will propose strategies and innovations to get you closer to your goals day by day.
  • With the Enterprise plan, you will have access to specific In-Company training (adapted to the epidemiological situation, they will be in-person or virtual) so that your whole team knows how to use the platform and is up-to-date regarding the design and the implementation of omnichannel strategies.

• When and how can I contact the support team if I have a problem? Can I access from any of the plans?

  The support team is available every day of the week and for all the plans to answer you in your language and through the channel you prefer: email, telephone, or chat. If you have the Pro or Enterprise plan, you will also have priority of attention. These are their schedules (GTM - 3)

• Is there a minimum period of time for hiring the services?

  In the Standard, Pro, and Enterprise plans,, the minimum permanence stipulated in the contract conditions applies. If you chose to pay monthly, you will be able to terminate the plan whenever you want as long as the account is up-to-date; if you chose the annual payment with a discount, you will be able to terminate it after 12 months since you hired it. In the Free Plan, there is no obligation and you can terminate it whenever you want unless you owe payment for any additional mailings.

• I need the customized support of a Plan but the mailings it includes are not enough, can I purchase a specific plan for me?

  With any of the paid plans, you can add all the extra conversations you need through all the channels. Anyway, if you exceed the number of mailings included in a plan, it is very likely that you will need a different degree of customized support. If that happens, we advise you to get in touch with the Customer Success team (Standard plan) or with your account executive (Pro plan), so they can help you define your ideal plan.
